Wuhan Institute of Virology
Excerpt from Wikipedia.
The Institute was founded in 1956 as the Wuhan Microbiology Laboratory under the Chinese academy of sciences (CAS). In 1961, it became the South China Institute of Microbiology, and in 1962 was renamed Wuhan Microbiology Institute. In 1970, it became the Microbiology Institute of Hubei Province when the Hubei Commission of Science and Technology took over the administration. In 1978, it was returned to the CAS and renamed Wuhan Institute of Virology.
In 2015, the National Bio-safety Laboratory was completed at a cost of 300 million yuan ($44 million) at the Institute in collaboration with French engineers from Lyon, and was the first bio-safety level four (BSL–4) laboratory to be built in mainland China. The laboratory took over a decade to complete from its conception in 2003, and scientists such as U.S. molecular biologist Richard H Ebright expressed concern of previous escapes of the SARS virus at Chinese laboratories in Beijing, and the pace and scale of China’s plans for expansion into BSL–4 laboratories. The Laboratory has strong ties to the Galveston National laboratory in the University of Texas. In 2020, Ebright called the Institute a “world-class research institution that does world-class research in virology and immunology”.
In 2005, a group including researchers from the Wuhan Institute of Virology published research into the origin of the SARS Coronavirus, finding that China’s horseshoe bats are natural reservoirs of SARS-like corona viruses. Continuing this work over a period of years, researchers from the Institute sampled thousands of horseshoe bats in locations across China, isolating over 300 bat coronavirus sequences.
In 2015, the Institute published successful research on whether a bat coronavirus could be made to infect HeLa. A team from the Institute engineered a hybrid virus, combining a bat coronavirus with a SARS virus that had been adapted to grow in mice and mimic human disease. The hybrid virus was able to infect human cells.
2019–20 coronavirus pandemic
In December 2019, cases of pneumonia associated with an unknown coronavirus were reported to health authorities in Wuhan. The Institute checked its coronavirus collection and found the new virus was 96 percent identical to a sample its researchers had taken from horseshoe bats in southwest China.
As the virus spread worldwide, the Institute continued its investigation. In February 2020, the New York Times reported that a team led by Shi Zhengli at the Institute were the first to identify, analyze and name the genetic sequence of the Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), and upload it to public databases for scientists around the world to understand, and publishing papers in Nature. In February 2020, the Institute applied for a patent in China for the use of remdesivir, an experimental drug owned by Gilead Sciences, which the Institute found inhibited the virus in vitro; in a move which also raised concerns regarding international intellectual property rights. In a statement, the Institute said it would not exercise its new Chinese patent rights “if relevant foreign companies intend to contribute to the prevention and control of China’s epidemic”.
The Institute was rumored as a source for the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic as a result of allegations of bio weapon research, a concept that some US experts have rejected, noting that the Institute was not suitable for bio weapon research, that most countries had abandoned bio weapons as fruitless, and that there was no evidence that the virus was genetically engineered. In February 2020, virus expert and global lead coronavirus investigator Trevor Bedford observed that “The evidence we have is that the mutations [in the virus] are completely consistent with natural evolution”. On the other hand, even before the outbreak of the pandemic, some virologists questioned whether previous experiments on creating novel corona viruses in the lab justified the potential risk of accidental release. During January and February 2020, the Institute was subject to further conspiracy theories, and concerns that it was the source of the outbreak through accidental leakage, which it publicly refuted. Members of the Institute’s research teams were also subject to various conspiracy theories, including Shi, who made various public statements defending the Institute. While Ebright refuted several of conspiracy theories regarding the WIV, he told BBC China that this did not represent the possibility of the virus being “completely ruled out” from entering the population due to a laboratory accident.
It makes me angry to think that these people were even experimenting with such toxic stuff in the first place, what good could come of it? It is no wonder that China is considered by many to be the cause of this pandemic which will likely kill millions around the world, and even then it will not be over, as most scientists believe it will re-emerge at different intervals, and we may never be rid of it. How foolish and irresponsible are those responsible for creating this horror.

Chinese Biological Experiments To Infect Humans With Coronavirus Exposed In 2015 By Italian State Media
Authored by Guido Taietti via GreatGameIndia.com,
Five years ago, Italian state owned media Company, Rai – Radiotelevisione Italiana, exposed dark efforts by China on viruses. The video, which was broadcast in November 2015, showed how Chinese scientists were doing biological experiments on a SARS connected virus believed to be Coronavirus, derived from bats and mice, asking whether it was worth the risk in order to be able to modify the virus for compatibility with human organisms.
Chinese scientists have created a pulmonary super virus from bats and mice only for study reasons (so they say) but there are many questionable aspects to this. Is it worth the risk? It’s an experiment, of course, but it is worrisome. It worries many scientists: It is a group of Chinese researchers attaching a protein taken from bats to the SARS virus, Acute Pneumonia, derived from mice. The output is a super coronavirus that could affect man. It remains closed in laboratories and it is only for study purposes, but is it worth the risk – creating such a great threat only for examination purposes?
Some people still naively believe that this pandemic started in a meat market in China. Really? Come on people let get our little dot connectors out and see shall we….. I do not think that anyone will disagree that this mess started in China, Right? (as did numerous other viruses) China is a very big country with a huge population, and it just so happens that out of all the cities in China, covi-19 came out of Wuhan. Wuhan where the virus originated houses China’s bio-safety level 4 laboratory, oh, what a coincidence folks 🙂 I do not blame the Chinese people, but rather the communist regime that controls them, I am pretty sure that most Chinese people would like to do away with its dictators too.
Underground Mountain Bunker
The Government are on their way to hiding from this virus in their underground bunkers You can read all about that, on Zerohedge. I can’t even be bothered with writing about this one 🙂
Oil Storage Space Is About To Run Out
Not only has the Coronavirus messed up our lives and schedules, but it is also doing massive damage to the global economy. The oil war that was started between the Arabs and the Russians causing prices to drop to under $20 per barrel. Meanwhile, West Canada oil is just $5 away from turning negative! Whilst all this should make our oil prices lower, somehow I doubt that this will be reflected in any meaningful manner to the pump price here in California.
The world is producing more than 20 million barrels of oil surplus every day, in other words, there is no demand for approximately 20% of global output every single day. At this rate, how long will it be before all the storage in America, China, Russia, et al., is overflowing and every single tanker in the world is full? What will happen to the price of oil then? One thing is for sure, there will be blood.
As of the writing of this, the lying Chinese government who tried to tell us that there were no more cases of Covi-19 in their country, has been caught with their pants down yet again as this article from Zerohedge explains This is just more of the same, and I for one am sick of it.
The USA Governments Covi-19 cares bill, worth about 2 trillion dollars is aimed at soothing the fear and hardship created by the Chinese, and if it were divided by the 3030 million population, we would all get $6060 but of course that will never happen. From what we can make out of the claims, we will each receive about 1,500 bucks Question, where is the other four and a half grand per person going???
OK, Enough of this negativity, I am going back to my shelter in Praise!
Till next time.
